Prospect House, which was originally a malting building in Belle Vue Road dating back to 1888, has been recently renovated into 37 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

The project features Keylite Centre Pivot White Finish roof windows, so natural daylight floods into the internal rooms creating a spacious and contemporary feel.

Base Architects, who created the drawings for the project wanted the external appearance of the building to remain mostly unchanged apart from improvements to windows and doors, extra roof lights and changes to the heights of window sills to allow for more light.
