When a member of Huws Gray staff sells a Keylite window they are placed on the order of merit league table.
All order proofs will be a copy of a customers purchase order sent to the Keylite internal sales staff who will be responsible for logging all detail during the promotion.
In order to ‘qualify’ for the prizes the Huws Gray member of staff must present Keylite with proof of sales of a minimum 4 windows. (Could be 4 individual orders or 1 order)
Once ‘qualified’ a member of staff will be highlighted in green.
The Order of Merit league tables will be set up by Huws Gray Division and Branch type. Eg Huws Gray North Type 1, 2 & 3 and Huws Gray South Type 1, 2 & 3 This is to allow branches to compete on a level playing field with branches of a similar size.
Within the league tables qualifying members of staff can then compete for the top 3 places within their Branch type league and Divisional league.. League Position will be measured by highest value of sales by individual during the period of the promotion
The more you sell, the more you upsell and the more premium product you sell the more chance you have of winning.
There will also be a prize draw every month amongst any qualified member of staff.
